UNDER-8 MINI-BALL COMPETITION
Jump in to Warriors colours and start playing club basketball in the Under-8 Mini-Ball competition. Boys and Girls learn to play the game under modified conditions, 4v4 equals more touches and the coaches are right there on the court to assist during the game.
The Under-8 competition is played on a term-by-term basis so there's a new season starting frequently, perfect to join at any time of the year.
U8's play on lowered 8.5' rims meaning more baskets, and development of correct shooting technique.
Teams play on Saturday mornings at Coomera Indoor Sports Centre (sometimes Runaway Bay or local schools if CISC has an event) and train once per week for an hour.

Basketball Queensland Registration
All participants must also be currently registered with Basketball Queensland. Basketball Queensland registration is valid for 1 year from the time you pay.
The new BasketballConnect system will ask you to renew your BQ rego when you register if it is set to expire prior to the end of the season you are registering for.

UNIFORM
All players require a full uniform. Our uniform is a fully reversible, NBA-inspired uniform so we are always looking our best on court! Our main colour is white, but when we play another Warriors team, one team will flip their shorts and singlet over to blue.

TRIALS
2024 Term 2
All players are required to attend trials so that players can be assessed and placed in appropriate teams. Players should wear a singlet (no t-shirts, so a number can be written on their upper arm) to trials, bring their named basketball and a named drink bottle.
In order to attend trials you must be registered.
